But one thing has me worried:
It looks like Ezra Miller’s Flash, who’s supposed to be Barry Allen, is going to be characterized as Wally West. I know it seems like a small thing, but the characters are dramatically different in comic lore. Most people know the Flash from the Justic League cartoon, but don’t get that it was Wally under the mask for that show. And confusing the characters throws a wrench in the plans for any chance of exploring the DC tradition of legacies attached to their cowls. Unless they completely flip flop the two, but I refuse to accept a dour Wally...

Counterpoint (and probably not “canon;” don’t bust my balls). But Wally West on DCAU JLU ended up being one of the best characters near the end!

Wally is, in fact, THE best character in all of DC. But they should not call him Barry if they wanna use Wally. If they wanted Wally, they coulda puffed some story about a Flash before this one (or two if we count Jay) being Central City urban legends.
